Weight loss

This transformation program is the most extensive weight loss program you will ever get online.  There is no single program that fits everyone. No need to follow any crash diet to lose weight.

Muscle Gain

This muscle gain program helps you gain lean muscle mass and lose fat simultaneously. This program is for everyone regardless of gender, age and workout experience.

Strength and Conditioning

This is an all-seasons strength and conditioning program for all professional athletes from all kinds of sports.  This program is for recreational athletes too, who want to improve their performance on the field. 

Personal Training

Personal training is available in the comfort of your home or in commercial gyms.  You will get the best personal training experience at affordable prices. Available in Brampton and Mississauga.

OUR SERVICES

Personal Training Session

One-on-one personal training session with a demonstration of proper exercise techniques.  Correction of any Muscle Imbalances. Location- Commercial Gyms ( Only Brampton and Mississauga). Price may vary depending on location.  

In-Home Personal Training

We will come to your home to train you with some basic equipment. Customized workout plan to reach your fitness goals. Only 60-minute sessions are available in this service. Available only in *Brampton and *Mississauga.

Online Personal Training

One-on-one online personal training session with a certified personal trainer and Yoga Instructor. Training sessions will be conducted via Zoom meetings. It can be a yoga, weight training, HIIT or Bollywood dance workout.

Online Yoga Session

 This is a one-hour private Hatha yoga session online. In this session, I will teach you various levels and styles of Yoga. As a yoga teacher, I can create and teach a yoga sequence that will help you strengthen your mind-body connection through spiritual physical activity sessions. 

Online Group Fitness Class

Our online group fitness classes with a maximum of 10 people per class include boot camps, HIIT, Yoga, power garba, and Bollywood cardio workouts. Fitness classes will be conducted via Zoom meetings.  Booking is required for each class. Booking is required for each class. 

Free Online Consultation

This is a 15-minute free consultation service that I am giving to you. We will discuss your fitness goals, and I will answer all your questions on diet and workouts. “This offer is valid only for a limited period.”
